Hi there. I'm Louise. I am a Counsellor / Psychotherapist and Coach that is committed to providing a safe and confidential therapeutic space for those I work with. I've been working to support the wellbeing journey of others in various professional capacities for over 15 years.
I believe that every individual has the innate ability to heal and flourish. I am passionate about working with people to facilitate healing, growth, positive change and transformation and enabling you to better understand yourself, restore your sense of wellbeing, equilibrium and authenticity.
