Using the power of play and the magic of the mind to empower young people
Wisdom Within Juniors will be offering therapy to children and young people from March 2026 and workshops and programs for children aimed at instilling calm, confidence and resilience from April 2026.
Wisdom Within Juniors is built on a simple belief:
Children already have the tools they need — they just need help learning how to use them.
Unlike one-size-fits-all wellbeing programs, Wisdom Within Juniors focuses on empowering children with practical, lifelong skills they can use independently.
Wisdom Within Juniors – Therapy for Children & Young People (Ages 6+)
Wisdom Within Juniors offers gentle, child-centred therapy for children and young people aged 6 and above. Sessions provide a safe, supportive space where children can explore their thoughts and feelings, build emotional understanding, and develop tools to manage worry, stress, confidence, and big emotions.
Using age-appropriate therapeutic approaches, mindfulness, and imagination-based techniques, Wisdom Within Juniors helps children learn how to calm their bodies, understand their inner world, and trust the wisdom within themselves.
Each child is met with warmth, respect, and care, with sessions tailored to their individual needs and developmental stage. Parents are supported throughout the process, ensuring therapy feels collaborative, transparent, and empowering.
Wisdom Within Juniors is rooted in the belief that children are not broken or needing to be fixed; they already hold the strength and wisdom they need to grow, thrive, and feel safe within themselves.
Fees: £130 per 50 minute session, plus travel costs.
Note: It is recommended that therapy for children is delivered in their own home environment where they feel safe and comfortable.
